If your password was forgotten, expired, or is reporting an incorrect login message otherwise, we can assist you with resetting your password in ISC managed systems. If you are having issues accessing a website, you will need to use their "Forgot password?" link to get an email to reset the password.


As part of our security standards, we do need authenticated users to submit a network user access form to reset their password with their supervisor's signature. This is a security measure as we cannot reset account passwords with only verbal confirmation as that would grant access to all FPC resources that the requesting user could access to without any kind of identity verification. 


To reset your FPC network password, please fax the Network User Access Form to 987-8201 or email to ISCHelpDesk@ftpc.fpcusa.com. You will need to fill out the associated user fields with Reset Password checked in the top right corner and have your supervisor sign the form. Another user may submit the form in your name and act as a point of contact. 


For other ISC resources like voicemail or prism, please write the name of the system in the "Other" box to specify the type of password to reset.
